2004
marks the third year of the West Side Front Porch Art Crawl. West
Siders place strong value on the importance of art as both
a tool for learning and as an expression of family and
community. During the Front Porch Art Crawl, West Side
families bring the art of both parents and children onto
their front lawns and porches. It's a wonderful chance
to tour the neighborhood, meet your neighbors and to share
in the joy art brings to building strong families and communities. This
year's Art Around the Block event will happen in conjunction
with West Fest, the West Side Citizens Organization's annual
celebration of the West Side community.
